I am working with environmental economics, and held a MSc from Roskilde University in Environmental planning and a PhD in environmental and agricultural economics from the Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University (now LIFE, Copenhagen University) from 1998. Since 1990 I have worked at the National Environmental Research Institute, Department of Policy Analysis, now as a Senior Researcher. From 1999 to 2002 I worked as senior researcher at AKF — Institute of Local Governmental Research in Copenhagen.

MY RESEARCH INTERESTS ARE:
• Large scale Baltic Cost-minimisation model: cost-effectiveness analysis and assessments of obtaining nutrient load reducions to the Baltic marine environment
• Regional cost-effectiveness analysis and modelling, nutrient reductions
• Valuation of changes/improvements of marine environmental goods and services
